Clean and refreshing taste. It has no peculiar taste. Today we had a sake from the northernmost brewery in Hokkaido.

I was on a bicycle trip to Hokkaido and was served at a nice pension. We had Hanasaki crab and fish carpaccio.
I've had the vaccine twice, but I'm taking precautions.
