Junmai Ginjo 🍶Sake✨White🤍Saganohana🌾. What is White? I asked and found out that they also have a black version. The black one is made with red wine in mind and the white one is made with white wine in mind 🤔While it is a bit grassy, it has an acidity that certainly conveys the image of white wine. When the temperature rises a little, it has a gentle and gentle taste. It also has sweetness. The manager said it goes well with fish, so I had the Tako-Pochi Ponzu (octopus). Junmai Daiginjo🍶 Namaishu ✨Nigori Sake Aiyama🌾. As the label says, super rough straining, took about 5 minutes to open 😅 managed to open it without it blowing out. Melon🍈 to banana type🍌 area is spicy 🍈 but also throaty. Moromi, rice feeling. But it's refreshing. Mellowness. Lactic acidic tenderness. This is the first sake that I participated in the brewing of the brewery in May 😆 It's only a little, but there's something special about sake that I was a part of 🎉. Thank you for your comment, Matsuchiyo😊I was invited to participate via a liquor store. I could understand the difficulty of sake brewing by actually seeing and working with the sake. The sake we brewed will be enjoyed 4 times with different brewing times.

ONAGAWA Otona no Himitsu Club Sanriku Railway Journey🚃Day 3 From Kesennuma, take the BRT, Kesennuma Line, and Ishinomaki Line to Onagawa 🚃Seafood at Onagawa Roadside Station, Hamaterasu 😋. Butter soy sauce 👍 matches with the scallops 👍 Just the right amount of spiciness. Not assertive, but a beautiful sake. A little fruity, but gentle. It has a wide range of acceptability. Undan (sea urchin) is OK, too. Undan without alum is good 😋 Beautiful label with a wish for Onagawa's recovery ✨. Purchased at the souvenir shop at Onagawa Roadside Station @ Hamaterasu 20240622

Special Honjozo 🍶. Otona no Himitsu Club Sanriku Railway Journey 🚃Day 2 Second glass of Kesennuma's Pinpon 😆. It's refreshing with just the right amount of acidity. Light and easy to sip. Goes well with fish. My wife said that the taste of the sea urchin reverberates in the mouth 😆 We had the star sashimi of tuna ❤️ as a service. A rare delicacy 🎶 like a rare part of heart 🫀. After sweating it out at the tasteful public bath ♨️, it was time to go to the famous restaurant Pinpon 🏃. Sweet and tasty. Rich and mellow. Honjozo 🍶. Otona no Himitsu Club Sanriku Railway Journey🚃Day 1 Sake brewed with secret hermit water from the Kamaishi mine 🧐. It is a little bit sweet, but it flows without being sticky. Sake of the sea. Paired with sashimi (sea bass, Hiramasa, Botan shrimp, tuna), the sweetness is not bothersome, and it is enjoyed in a big gulp. The sea bass is a little matured? The sea bass has a slightly aged flavor. The tuna is excellent. The prawns are sweet and delicious. The eel was excellent with the grilled skin 🍚We finished off with the rice topped with sea urchin and donko ✨We were very satisfied 🎉Worth the trip to Kamaishi. Special Junmai 🍶. Otona no Himitsu Club Sanriku Railway Journey🚃Day 1 Take the Yamada Line from Morioka to Miyako. We changed to the Sanriku Railway and stayed in Kamaishi. We went to a restaurant that my wife had seen in dancyu a few years ago and was curious about. It was a little matured, but refreshing. I had a feeling it would go well with fish. It certainly goes well with straw-roasted bonito 🐟 😆 The fresh unodan and jade eggplant jus is superb. The taste of the sea urchin really spreads out. The meal included homemade sesame tofu, grated sweet corn, junsai and egg tofu, fried green pepper with baby sardines and tofu paste, and tofu paste with white beans. Honjozo Sake 🍶 Nama-Shu ✨ Otona no Himitsu Club, Sanriku Trip🚃Day 1 Here's the last of the Seijiro. A versatile sake that can be matched with anything without any habit 👍 Good balance. Good balance, a sense of security that goes well with anything. A little dry when paired with hoya (sea squirt). The Hoya vinegar has a strong pineapple flavor and no smell. Junmai🍶Sasasara Junmai lovely summer 打上花火 fireworks🎇 Aji no Machidiya ver. It's quite refreshing, maybe because of the low alcohol content for summer 😳 Is it a little short? It's spicy and bitter when you take a long time to drink it. Greffle type? It is a good way to wash down the shaved scallops. Might go better with beer. Sourness from simmered conger eel kama.
