Junmai Ginjo🍶Once fired 🔥. Iwate-Akita-Yamagata-Yuri Kogen Railway Journey🚃Day 2 The sixth cup at Eiraku Shokudo was "Idamashi," the restaurant's private brand. Idamashi" means "wasteful" in Japanese. It has a slightly burnt taste. It is the type that can be eaten as much as you like. Pair it with fried squid liver with miso sauce (🦑). I thought it might be a little harsh, but when I paired it with Eiraku's famous sardine potato fries with mayo, the fruity flavor came out. Doburoku 🍶fast brew ✨ Iwate-Akita-Yamagata-Yuri Kogen Railway Trip 🚃Day 1 Last is this doburoku 😆 Sour and sweet. A little grapey 🍇. The mutton thighs were fine and full of flavor. The pasta was made with mushrooms, platinum pork, and a Nagomi egg. Full-bodied and nourishing. It was a great experience for the palate. Junmai Ginjo🍶Unfiltered Hiyoroshi✨Akizakura🌸Iwate Ginga🌾. Iwate-Akita-Yamagata-Yuri Kogen Railway Journey🚃Day 1 Second glass of Badalone (really third 😅 as I'm also drinking a cider). Toru Yoemon drink comparison 😆. Hiyoroshi, as expected, has a calm taste. It's similar in direction to the special junmai nama sake, but this one has a more gentle taste 😌. Sanriku pike with autumn eggplant pesto 😋The fatty, huge pike is dried to remove excess water. The skin is cooked properly and the flesh is rare. I'll be back soon! Badalone@Hanamaki 20241003

Special Junmai 🍶Non-filtered raw sake ✨Directly Kumi, Finish #12 Miyamanishiki from Iwate Prefecture🌾. Iwate-Akita-Yamagata-Yuri Kogen Railway Journey🚃Day 1✨. The first night of the trip was spent at the famous Italian restaurant Badalone in Hanamaki 🍽️ A banner in front of Hanamaki station celebrating Otani's 50-50 achievement 😆. Fresh✨Sweet and sour. A little grassy but with a darker fruitiness. Gentle but strong and rich with a rice feel. I had a sweetfish from Toyosawa river, between confit and fried, with a salty taste. Special Honjozo🍶forte-piano🎹. Banana🍌 but dry not sweet. It doesn't seem to go well with food, but I don't know 🤔 Geso Wasabi🦑 to increase the spiciness. But hmmm. Seared tuna 🍣 is a good match for the spiciness 👍As the temperature goes up, the fruity feeling settles down, making it easier to drink. The thick fried tofu is also nice and simple. Junmai🍶unfiltered fire-aged🔥Tochio Tanada-grown Koshitanrei🌾. The last 11 cups of Uosen is here. Surprisingly sweet 😆 It's not too dry and has a nice kick to it. Slightly melon The "King of Funghi" named by Mr. Kazuhiko Ota, the amberjack fish 🐟 garlic chip is too much, a little bit, mmm 🤔. I wonder if it's the king.
