Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake🍶Star Label⭐️Ginga no Shizuku💧 from Iwate Iwate-Aomori trip souvenir. I've had Hiroki many times, but this is the first time I've bought Shihuyu 😆. The aroma is fresh ✨, pear🍐, apple type🍎 aroma. Apple yogurt 🥛 acidity and spiciness. It is round and round. hoshiaki-san konban-ha (o´ omega`o)no~~ Hiroki and Shihu They are totally different even if they are from the same brewery. ‼️ Wakaba Sake Brewery also has sake that you can't find in Morioka, so I visit there every now and then 🤭.

Junmai Ginjyo Shinshu freshly pressed 🍶 Ikimai✨Sake Musashi🌾. One of a set of 3 bottles of 2023 new sake freshly pressed from Saitama 😆. Refreshing aroma of koji ✨ when you open it. Melon 🍈, melon soda, ice cream float 🍨, gorgeous but also sweet and delicious. It matches well with the seasoned pork thighs from Ebara Yakiniku No Soup. Special Junmai 🍶. Otona no Himitsu Club, Aomori Complete Trip 🚃Day 3 We visited the brewer of Kuroishi Yakisoba Sake and had a tasting 😅First, Special Junmai 🍶 Light and dry. More full-bodied than the yakisoba sake ✨. Chose this one as a souvenir. Later we drank it at home. It is light and refreshing to drink. A little lactic acidity on the palate. Rather dry. Warmed up to 60 degrees, it is gentle and sweet. Sweetness. Pleasant acidity. Definitely warmed. Goes well with sliced salmon - different from kipper. Special Junmai🍶Lotus🪷Hitomebore from Hiraizumicho🌾. Souvenir sake from my trip to Iwate-Aomori 😆 Crisp, with a strong acidity like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast. It is crisp and has a strong acidity, as if it is a sake made from sake yeast. When ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) is paired with it, the acidity is softened and the flavor is delicious. Also paired with shabushabu-shabu (bean sprouts) from Owani Onsen, a souvenir of my trip to Aomori, Iwate. Wakaba Sake Shop, which was introduced to us at the Badalone restaurant in Hanamaki, was a wonderful store with a wide selection of sake and detailed explanations ✨. Beautiful. Gentle and dry. Gentle and dry, with a mellow flavor if you drink it often. The sweet and spicy sauce of the Kuroishi yakisoba makes it spicier. ⤴️ is a nice touch. Special Junmai🍶Nagori Nama Sake✨Hoyobai Rice🌾. Otona no Himitsu Club, Aomori Complete Trip🚃Day 2 Here is the 4th glass. Probably the whitish bottle on the far right😅. Aged one year. Sake lees type. Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake🍶Toyo Saihai Rice🌾. Otona no Himitsu Club, Aomori Complete Trip🚃Day 2 We reserved a table at Hirosaki's famous restaurant "Domon" for the evening. Crisp ✨, crisp, acidic and awakening 😳. It goes well with Tuna Yamakake 🍣. It will be refreshing. The famous igamenchi (rice cake) gave it a sweetness as well. The owner's knee doesn't feel well, so I gave up on the bottle photo and snapped a picture of the fridge from a distance 😅I think it's the white label on the far right that doesn't show up well.
