Junmai 🍶Bodai ✨Non-filtered raw sake orikagarami 😆 Nara dewy leaf wind 🌾. Orikarami and schwaseme🫧 Slightly carbonated. Slightly carbonated, with a strong seme smell. It is dry but gentle. Milkiness of melon🍈. So is it melon soda? When combined with gibasa vinegar, the sukittiness is enhanced. Yamahai Junmai 🍶 Myo no Hana Ei Mie Prefecture pesticide-free Yamada Nishiki 🌾. Rather hard and dry. A little creamy on the back side. Spicy and sour. Sweetness is also felt by the sweetly seasoned Kanpachi Ara-ni. Shiso meat roll skewer softens the perimeter. The octopus ponzu ponzu (octopus potstickers) are hard to miss 😅. Junmai 🍶Nihonofurosake ✨Isehikari🌾. Participating in Ogawa-machi Sake Brewery Festival 2025 Spring in Saitama for the first time 😆 First of all, this one 🍶 at a special venue near the station. Warmed up ♨️ wild yellow color. Aged and heated. But it's gentle and not harsh. The acidity is pleasant. My wife says there's nothing sharp about it 🎉It won't lose even if you drink it with Musashi Winery's aged beef tripe with miso and tomato stew. A little schwar🫧 Taste behind the ✨freshness. A little rough, a little bitter. A little Murayu chic. Goes well with grilled meat miso 🐖. I can't find any brand name search or internet search 😥 For some reason, "Otaki Sake Brewery" in Saitama City was a hit. Maybe it's OEM 🤔. Hot Heated ♨️ It's rather massive. But since it's hot sake, it's easy to drink. My wife says it is refreshing. Best at about 50 degrees Celsius. It's good because the miscellaneous taste disappears. Junmai 🍶. First time in a popular yakitori restaurant 🎉Abandoned the bottle photo as it looked too busy. Hot warmed up ♨️ sweet and tender ☺️ goes well with the spicy miso. Daiginjo🍶Jiji Musho Sake✨Sakahomare🌾. Tasted and purchased at the 2024 Autumn Gokuraku Kai @ Iida Sake Shop. Kin-kin cold 🧊 and very pleasant sake. Sweet and gentle to the body. It also has a nice umami taste. My wife says it goes well with food. The taste of rice is strong. At 50°, the umami and sweetness become more intense, but the spiciness is a little stronger. 60°, the aroma is strong, but it seems to come together. The sweetness becomes stronger. My wife said I thought it might be sweet, but the acidity came and went and the water. Beautiful and good 😋 balance of spiciness and acidity👍. The aroma is melon 🍈, and when you put it in, pineapple 🍍, it goes in sweet but the spiciness continues. It spreads on the palate and disappears after a while. Honjozo 🍶. Celebrating the 20th anniversary of Sake no Jin, Niigata Jizake cup 30 bottles set over the year 😅. Almost no aroma. Slightly sticky. 50 degrees, more sweetness, light mouthfeel. My wife says it's very halfway. 60 degrees, more umami. It is well balanced. The rice feeling goes up, but it is not too strong. It is sharp without a sticky feeling. Junmai Ginjo🍶Origarami✨Hon Nama 🎉. Beautiful, clear. Silky texture. Sweetness, spiciness, and a touch of spiciness, all in moderation and in good balance. A little melon🍈 but not too strong.
