Omachi🌾 from Futamochi Mame Farm. Pear-type freshness🍐clear✨Lime🍋‍🟩 chic and sharp. Lime Sour🍋‍🟩Shiitake mushrooms fit nicely in fried food. I wondered how it would be with black sea bream head stew 🤔, but it was surprisingly refreshing and nice to refresh the muddled. Junmai Collage and Miyazumi comparison 😆Collage first. It has a sweet and sour taste, a light melon taste and a bitter taste. It has a long aftertaste. It's nice on its own. I think it's more of an aperitif than a food sake 🤔Pair it with yellowtail, swordfish, and Sanriku octopus. Special Junmai🍶Hitogokochi🌾. At room temperature. Gentle. Rich in umami. But not too strong. Match it with chrysanthemum. The spicy bitterness comes out and it becomes complex. Serime with pork and maitake egg. Dry and crispy. The sweetness of the strawberries only increases the sweetness. ⤴︎ The impression changes with the accompaniment. Purchased at Bessho Onsen and Shueiya Bessho store on a trip to Ueda.

Honjozo 🍶 Here is the third cup of Aji no Fue. It's a bit spicy and crisp. Dry and crisp. It has a sense of maturity. First time to visit Aji no Fue, a restaurant in the "Yoshiike" chain in Okachimachi, which I have been interested in for a long time. The system is that you can choose your own snacks from the a la carte menu. We started with Midorikawa, which is described as "known by those in the know". Slightly crispy, but also heavy.
