Private brand of "Magoshiro Soba", a hegi-Soba noodle store in Kawagoe station building ATRE (so I doubt if "Koshi no Ajiwai" is correct 😅).
Slightly aged. Slightly aged, but not disgusting. It is good with Magoshiro's New Year's Eve hegi soba (buckwheat noodle).

Warmed up another day ♨️ 50 degrees, sweet, gentle. My wife says the temperature is still halfway up. Roughly heated to 60 degrees. It has a ricey feel, and the gentleness is enhanced. Moderate spiciness.
