The umami is quite rich, and if I had to compare it to a banana, I would say it is banana. You may imagine a scene of cherry petals flowing on the surface of the water. I want to go see the cherry blossoms in Hirosaki! 4.50 I checked in last year, so I didn't check in this year, but I also got a cherry blossom cup from Omine yesterday! As the design using cherry blossoms is common, the taste was also very similar!

Challenging and interesting! Sweet, tasty, acidic, and gutsy from the entrance, but is this sake? The richness and body on the back end is something I have never felt before, and I can't describe it. If you try to feel the beer-like character, you can feel it, but when the temperature range goes up, it is quite sake-like! It's a little different from my taste, so... 4.75 Prose A craft beer brewed in collaboration with Nara Brewery, "UNDERWATER" brewed with Kaze no Mori brewing water and No. 7 yeast, and a beer to be drunk at the same time. From the first sip, or rather from the aroma, this one has a considerable sake-like quality. Is this the power of the yeast? Is it the power of water? The aroma is a world unknown in craft beer so far! The sourness and umami at the entrance give a sense of Kaze no Mori. There is also a maltiness in the aftertaste, which is interesting. Drinkability reminiscent of lager beer. I have been into craft beers recently, and I realized the power of hops is great! I don't know which one I'm drinking, even though the main ingredients are so different (like ALPHA8 with carbonation -> UNDERWATER).

Mmmm, delicious! The sweetness is much stronger than usual Kaze no Mori, especially at the entrance. If you say it has a white malted rice-like citrusiness, well, that's true, but the acidity is not as assertive as I thought it would be (probably because I'm comparing it to Flax Cat, but...). The umami is well asserted and the balance is really good. The lingering aftertaste is more subdued than the standard, but again pleasant, as is typical of Kaze no Mori. Higher rating than 🐱. 5.00
