Sweet, tasty, acidic, and gutsy from the entrance, but is this sake?
The richness and body on the back end is something I have never felt before, and I can't describe it. If you try to feel the beer-like character, you can feel it, but when the temperature range goes up, it is quite sake-like!

A craft beer brewed in collaboration with Nara Brewery, "UNDERWATER" brewed with Kaze no Mori brewing water and No. 7 yeast, and a beer to be drunk at the same time.
From the first sip, or rather from the aroma, this one has a considerable sake-like quality. Is this the power of the yeast? Is it the power of water?
The aroma is a world unknown in craft beer so far!
The sourness and umami at the entrance give a sense of Kaze no Mori. There is also a maltiness in the aftertaste, which is interesting. Drinkability reminiscent of lager beer.
I have been into craft beers recently, and I realized the power of hops is great!
I don't know which one I'm drinking, even though the main ingredients are so different (like ALPHA8 with carbonation -> UNDERWATER).
