Got my first Kangiku. The bottle was opened easily even though it was marked "be careful not to uncork". It is a light nigori (100% Omachi). The pineapple taste is very strong, with a hint of petitiveness. The sweetness was strong, but it disappeared very quickly. It was like drinking fresh juice.

It has a ginjo aroma and tastes like pears when you drink it. It is very fruity. The disappearance of the aroma is also refreshing. The four-pack was emptied in no time at all. I knew I couldn't miss it.

I got a bottle of ORIGAMI no 弍 and 参. The first bottle was opened. As expected, there was a nice popping sound, and the gas was released. As with the first bottle, there is a slight petit taste. It has a lychee-like aroma. It goes down the throat and disappears. The difference from Ichi...not so much. It's still as good as ever!

I got a bottle of Risshun Asa Shibori. It was a regular stopper, but when I opened the bottle, I heard a slight popping sound. When I drank it, I also felt a slight popping sound. It was quite fresh, but there was a lingering aftertaste. The aroma is not that great. It was so fresh? I am grateful to be able to enjoy such a fresh sake.
