The season is not yet at its spring height, but the bottle is open. It reads "Haru takeruwa." I didn't know that. It is a draft sake of Urakasumi's "Zen" brand. There was a pusher sound, but no schwarziness. The ginjo aroma was moderate, but there was a strong sense of freshness. It disappeared quickly and easily. It would have been nice to compare it with Zen.

When I saw that it had a sake degree of +20, I bought it immediately. I opened the bottle, The first sip was...thick! And it has a great sharpness. Sake? It has no sugar! It's a sake that claims to have no sugar! But the feeling of rice lingers afterward. Here you can tell it is sake. Hats off to the brewer for taking on the challenge.

This year's new varieties will be the first to go. Get Hinomaru Brewing Mileage Club limited edition sake. New sake just pressed and shipped the same day it is bottled. 100% Akita Sake Komachi. Pressed on 12/3 and arrived on 12/5. Almost clear when the newspaper is removed. The bottle is opened with a whiff of ginjo aroma. It has a slight freshness with a hint of petit-petit. The sharpness is clear, with a hint of sweetness. We are happy to drink this limited edition sake.

Get the October sake. Aki-no-Sei is a sake rice indigenous to Akita Prefecture. It has been around for about 25 years. It has only been brewed for about 25 years, and is rarely brewed on its own. It has a very strong umami flavor, but goes surprisingly smoothly. The yeast is Akita yeast No. 12, which is the same yeast used for tourmaline sake. It is not a ginjo, but it has a ginjo aroma. Mansaku no Hana never fails to deliver. November is the month of Aizan. I am looking forward to it.

There was a tasting and the brewer recommended it. This sake is brewed from "Wakamizu" sake rice from Aichi Prefecture. It is an unfiltered unpasteurized sake, and you can feel a slight carbonation when opening the bottle. When you open the bottle, you can feel a slight carbonation. The umami taste that comes in a big rush is very good! It has a nice sharpness and was soon empty.

Get September's supply of Tourmai Sake. Misanishiki is produced from Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki. It was born in Akita in 2002. It is a rare rice. The rice flavor is quite strong. The sweetness is moderate. It is a Mansaku no Hana (flower of Mansaku). It is delicious! I expect more in October.

Mansaku no Hana no Patrol Rice Series. Since it was the first of this year's series, I thought it would be unavailable, but I was able to obtain it. I found a bottle of Hououmida Hiyayogoshi and bought it immediately. I opened the bottle with a sigh, but the aroma was not that strong. The top aroma is the usual Hououmida, and the ginjo aroma is very strong. At a liquor store I visited on a recent trip to Oita I asked for a good sake in this area, and this is what was recommended to me. Here is the sake that was recommended to me. It is a newspaper style like a certain sake brewery in Aichi Prefecture. The label inside is said to be easy to peel off. This sake is made from 100% Yamadanishiki and brewed by a female toji. When the bottle is opened, there is no petitiveness, even though it is a draft sake. It is not that sweet, and the umami comes. Sorry, it was unexpected. It doesn't feel 17 degrees. It was delicious.

I don't know if this is for the Olympics or not. I bought it because I heard it is a Hare sake brewed once every four years. It is sweet and has some ginjo aroma, but I also taste bitterness. Some people have described it as having a complex taste. I think I can understand why some people described it as having a complex taste. Please enjoy another Tsukifumi no Ike, but I don't know.

It has been a long time since I got Houou Mida. It is also Junmai Daiginjo brewed with Nikko no Goshinsui. When I opened the bottle, I was surprised at the carbonation!
