The first Ko no Tsukasa. Made with 100% Aichi rice and Yumesansui. Opening the bottle is possible without exploding due to the hole in the bottle. The supernatant before mixing is clear but has a ginjo aroma. The supernatant before mixing is light and has a clear ginjo aroma. When the nigori was mixed, the sweetness and umami spread. This nigori was also delicious.
