Tsugi松
Sake from Gifu.
This one is said to be a "Hyakujuro Sakura" aged for about a year. Unfortunately, I've never drunk it before, so I can't tell the difference at all, but aside from that, it was a fruity but firm sake.
I don't know if it's because I heard it was aged, but I felt not only sweetness, but also a good acidity and a deep flavor.
The label is impressive, with a strong shading and a bright ginkgo. Akidane🙃.
