Tsugi松
A sake from Shizuoka. It is brewed with Yamada Nishiki. It has a refreshing taste, but it has a rich flavor. The aroma is gorgeous even though it is a honjozo. It's a cliché to put it into words, but it's a delicious sake without question. It is a gem that you should always have by your side. I chose fresh horse mackerel and myoga chopsticks for my entrée. It was perfect.

Sake from Niigata. First, drink it cold. It has a solid taste with a strong rice flavor. If you heat it up as recommended, it adds even more aroma and flavor, but it may be easier to drink. In any case, it has a traditional, solid, and calm taste. It's a delicious sake with a lot of care put into it.

The sake of Mie. It is stared at and it buys it. The autumn of the animal series is a very lovely white owl. The taste is good as well as the appearance. It has a light sweetness reminiscent of fresh fruit. The light sweetness is reminiscent of fresh fruit, and the understated gassiness is addictive. It is the perfect drink for the season when the hot and humid summer is over and you start to miss the autumn sake.

Hello, Tsugi Matsu! The powerful eyes "Autumn Owl "Â The label is so cute, I can't help but pick it up. I can't stop laughing! It tastes good too! I'm curious to see what it is.

Hello, Shishigami 😀. I'm totally buying the jackets. I'm squeamish about the manly, masterful logo label, but this guy's eyes knocked me out. The contents are cute too? I'm not sure. By all means!

Sake from Niigata. First of all, it is soft and sweet. Then you feel the sourness. Mmmm, summery (after all these years!) It is refreshing and easy to drink. It is refreshing and easy to drink, but it is still sake. If you get carried away, you might get deeply drunk. So the 365ml I bought this time is just the right size for me. Since it is a crown to begin with, I have no choice but to drink it up! By the way, it was designated well chilled. I bought it at the supermarket in my neighborhood. Recently, when I walk, I find Niigata sake. I guess I have a connection with it. I think the next encounter should be Hiyaoroshi. Sodane🙃.

Sake from Niigata. New sake in the middle of winter is stored in a snow cave at 0℃ for half a year. It is said that a lot of time and effort is put into it. It has a fresh and refreshing taste like a summer sake, but it is a delicious sake with a good taste of rice. It is the perfect sake for a meal. Uonuma sake is very good. You can't go wrong with it. I gulped it down without thinking.

Tsugi松
A sake from Shimane. It is brewed with the best rice for sake brewing in Japan. It is brewed with "the softest water in Japan". The aroma is fruity, like Muscat. The taste is slightly sweet but quite refreshing. It's smooth without being too assertive. Definitely perfect for a hot summer night. 🙃Choi jikisugi chattane. It's also quite reasonable, thankfully. It's very easy to drink, but it's 15 degrees, so be careful not to drink too much. They also have Junmai Ginjo. I'm curious.

Tsugi松
Sake from Niigata. The sake is brewed with Koshitanrei, Yamadanishiki, Miyamanishiki, Omachi, and Gohyakumangoku, each of which is stored in a snow cellar and then blended together. It's a great sake that takes more time and effort than normal, but is still reasonably priced. We dare to classify it as ordinary sake. But each of them is at a level higher than Junmai-shu, and the taste is heavenly! 🙃Arigataya A shout out to all the people!

Sake from Niigata Prefecture. It is brewed with Uonuma-grown Sogoro rice Koshihikari. It is like a porridge with a lot of grains. There are a lot of grains, so it is more like eating than drinking. The sweetness is not so much. The alcohol content is 17 degrees, so you can get drunk well. Doburoku has a beautiful skin effect, an effect to regulate the intestinal environment, and an effect to suppress fat. You can become beautiful while getting drunk. Buddha? God? It's a drink that will make you feel beautiful while getting drunk. Honma kaina🙃.

Tsugi松
A sake from Niigata. It is brewed with Miyamanishiki. This Yukio is no ordinary person. At first, it smells like a fruit, and then the taste is crisp and dry with a hint of umami. And yet, the aftertaste is deep. It's like a combination of the best of both worlds. I imagined it to be full of wildness. I had imagined him to be full of wildness, but it seems I was mistaken. People and alcohol are not what they seem. It's not 🙃one of those things.

It is a sake of Niigata Prefecture. It is brewed with Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakushi. It has a light brown color. It has a mild alcohol feeling without a corner in the mouth. Is it Japanese sake? It has a deep fragrance and richness. The taste of sake matured for three years in a snow chamber, where natural snow is used to cool it, is quite mysterious and a little difficult for me. I heard that the temperature in the room is kept around 3 degrees throughout the year. I wonder if the troublesome snow in the heavy snowfall area is a fine cooking tool depending on how you use it?

Sake from Niigata Prefecture. It is brewed with Kame-no-o. You can feel the tangy sourness and the sweetness of the rice, but it is a light sake with good sharpness. It has a low alcohol content, so you can enjoy it anytime from midday when the sun is still high to Sunday when you have to work tomorrow. That's why it's called "Sun-Sunday. The label is an image of the waves on the coastline near the brewery. This is a product that is also particular about its contents. This time, it was a gift. I used to think that one-cup bottles smelled like an old man, but now it's a wonderful item that I want to collect.

It is a sake from Toyama prefecture. As the label says, a refreshing aroma like grapefruit goes through the nose. 13 degrees is a little low, so it is light and refreshing to drink. It is light and refreshing to drink, but I felt a little tingling. It was a big mistake to choose yodare-chicken as a snack 🙃Bikuridayo!

This sake is from Chiba Prefecture and is brewed with 100% Omachi from Okayama Prefecture. There is a hint of ori, but I was more concerned about the bubbles that stick to the inside of the glass. When I drank it, I found it to be unexpectedly light on the palate, with little alcohol weight despite the 17-18 degrees. The gentle, ultra-light carbonation seems to become a habit.

Sake from Gifu Prefecture. It is brewed with Ginpu from Hokkaido. It is also brewed with German white wine yeast. I've never had wine yeast before! So I'm looking forward to it. I opened the package with a nice pop sound. It's lightly muddled and sizzlingly carbonated. Well, it's fruity like wine. And the sweetness, sourness, and bitterness come rushing in one after another. The strength is light, so if you're not careful, you can drink it all at once. We bought it at a liquor store in a neighboring town. The difference in strength between this and the sake I drank yesterday was so great that it felt like juice. It's like a juice 🙃Aino Nanchara

Chiba is a sake from Kururi, a town of spring water. It is brewed with Sounomai from Chiba Prefecture. It is unfiltered and unpasteurized, and is said to be a freshly brewed Junmai Ginjo. The aroma at the time of opening the package is modest. The taste is dark, heavy and powerful. Then, the flavor of rice and sweetness. At the end, a sour taste remains in the mouth. It is a sake to be chipped. 🙃Iki no mide kinuzo yo If you try it with ice, it's pretty easy to drink and tastes great! On the label, "Yume" is written with a unique brush stroke. The little frog is cute. I'd like to try some of this brewery's other products.

It is a sake of Iwate Prefecture. It is brewed with Miyamanishiki. It is yellow and lightly muddy. The alcohol comes first, but at the same time, the fruity aroma comes strongly. You can feel a soft sweetness in the spiciness. Perfect for summer. An unimportant story. The old-fashioned logo of "Nanbu Bijin" looks like "fu". I have to buy some glasses.

This sake is from Namie town in Fukushima. It is brewed with Koshihikari rice produced in Namie town. A bottle full of various thoughts. It has a refreshing taste, but it is clean, lightly nigori and fresh. On the conspicuous yellow label is the face of the president. Let's enjoy it carefully. I'd like to visit a roadside station someday. By the way, Akabeko is a toy of Aizu, isn't it? 🙃Kodogudukaibetaka...

It is a sake of Aichi Prefecture. It is brewed with Yumesansui. It has tingling stimulus and thick lees. But it is not sweet, it is refreshing. It has a strong base impression. I did my best to open the bottle, but it still blew out a little. Too bad. I read a comment from someone who used a "saucer" earlier, and promised myself to use it next time. It was a lot of work, but it was fun to see the changes in the bottle.

This sake is from Fukushima prefecture. It is brewed with Gohyakumangoku and Himenomochi. The smell is good. It is fruity and full-bodied, but the throat is refreshing and crisp. May is Satsuroman season. I'm glad to drink it again this year. It is one of the sake that I buy every year. I've been drinking it since I started to like sake several years ago. I love it. To be honest, it's not as impressive as it was at first, but it's already a seasonal treat. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not. (💧)
