Tsugi松
Sake from Kanagawa.
The aroma is moderate. In the mouth, there is a light sweetness of rice, and later a spicy taste.
It's not overpowering, so it's a good sake to have on hand to go with meals. It's also good served hot.
I bought it at a liquor store. I had a lot of fun tasting it with the shop assistant who knows a lot about sake.
This is the one recommended by the clerk.
