Tsugi松
This is a sake from Fukushima. It is brewed with rice from Fukushima such as Gohyakumangoku.
This is an autumn sake from Roman.
I don't know when it was opened in the store, so I can't say for sure, but I thought the aroma and taste were more subdued and milder than any of the other Romans I've had (well, two or three...).
The aroma seems to stand out more when it's heated than when it's cold.
That said, it's still a delicious and beloved Fukushima sake.
