It has been a long time since we have had a Daishinshu, but it is still delicious. The label reads, ""Putting all the skills we have into form" is the meaning behind the name "Teuchi". This sake is bottled and stored in cold temperatures without any modification, and is unfiltered and unfiltered sake. It is described as "soft on the palate, with a full, rich rice flavor that spreads gently and softly in the mouth. It really is a delicious sake.
