Alchemist of glory. 100% Yamada-Nishiki, Polishing ratio 50%. Refreshing and elegant aroma and sweetness spread in the mouth. I like this one. It was light and went down smoothly. It has a nice sharpness and is easy to drink. The cool, distinctive label reads, "The best of the Eiko Fuji unfiltered unpasteurized sake series ★ Brewed with Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, this bottle shines with a gorgeous ginjo aroma and beautiful sweetness, especially recommended with Japanese food. We had it with garlic chicken karaage, and it went quite well with it.
