R3BY brewing No. 15. 100% Miyamanishiki, 58% polished rice. Alcohol 16%, Sake meter +1, Acidity 1.7. It is a very easy-drinking sake. The gorgeous aroma goes through the nose and goes in very smoothly. You can't help but drink too much. It seems to go well with both fish and meat dishes. It has been a long time since I have had Sakuyami, but it is delicious.
