Polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 16%. It seems to be a collaboration product between a sake brewery and Aeon Retail. I bought it at Aeon. It has a fruity and refreshing flavor. It is much tastier than I had imagined. It's beautiful and has a sharp taste, so it's easy to go on. It seems to go well with both meat and fish dishes as a mealtime sake.
