100% Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture. Polishing ratio 49%, alcohol content 16%. The gorgeous and elegant aroma and full-bodied flavor spread in the mouth. It is delicious. I feel that the rich flavor of Miyamanishiki has been brought out to the fullest. The label reads, "Since we were the first to market ginjo-shu in Nagano Prefecture, we have never once stopped producing our traditional ginjo-style sake, which is a traditional gem. Please enjoy its deep aroma and elegant sharpness. It is a well-balanced sake with a good aroma and flavor.
