100% Yamadanishiki, 55% polished rice. The alcohol content is 16%. Cool it well, open the bottle, and enjoy the crisp flavor on the palate. It is delicious. After a few days, a little sourness emerges. It was easier to drink immediately after opening. It was an enjoyable sake. It was my first time drinking this sake, but I would like to try another Kaiun.
