After a busy first half of Obon vacation, I finally returned home and took it easy 😌.
I opened a bottle of this sake I bought during GW.
The aroma is unobtrusive, as is typical of Japanese sake, but it has a cemedine-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is clean and gentle rather than the complex flavor typical of Omachi.
It has a sourness and a dry taste on the throat.
It is the perfect sake to drink in a relaxed and leisurely manner.
