A drink from my junior in Hokkaido, comparing different types of Gohou with different types of rice! It's a great drink with a sour and slightly nutty savory taste, and a powerful flavor and alcohol sensation 😂I guess it goes well with dried fish and crab miso. It's a great way to start the day!

My father talks about the scenery of the old village where he spent his boyhood days. The scenery of the old village where the blue mountain waves continue far into the distance. My father tells me about the festival in the village, which is nestled in the mountains. My father talks like a red-faced boy. I was envious of my father. I want to have an old village in my heart like my father. My father and I, and Tobiroku. The more we drink, the more we talk, the more we hear the festival music. It was a very nice back note. The second fermentation in the bottle makes it a perfect shuwa-shuwa for this time of year. The taste is dry and light. When the ori is mixed with it, a light and mellow sweetness flows. Enjoy the festival next year and have a wonderful summer ☀️!

The sourness is more direct in the Kouseigiku Tanken Trial! It's easy to drink at 12 degrees, but the sourness stands out! I wonder if there's also a 🍋🍋 lactic acidity feeling, like the film you get after drinking Calpis, but also a hint of it. The rainy season is over, and it's the perfect drink for the arrival of summer 🦅.

The Omachi Festival is still going on: 🍚🍚🍚🍚 Oh, the gorgeous aroma is fluffy, fresh piquant slight foam, mellow sweetness trots in, some bitterness and acidity flickers at the end. I don't think I would have known if you hadn't told me it was Omachi. This is the true essence of Omachi, which is said to brew a taste of seven colors. I wonder if the firmness of the sweetness comes from the Omachi 🦅 It's a very tasty sake!

Today I got a great local sake✨. The fruity scent that rises from the glass, oh, this futsu futsu is the rumored Utakata method! When mixed with a thin mist, it becomes creamy with lactic acid (o¥o), and the sharpness is accompanied by a slight bitterness. It's delicious! Kanpai with my father in heaven🦅!
