I got this one that I've been eyeing in the Sake No Wa post✨. As expected, there's a swoosh in the glass 😋 I love natural swooshes. It has a sweetness like banana and melon, and a pleasant bitterness that finishes it off. 16.5 degrees, it has a strong alcohol feeling, but you want to drink it easily🍉 It's a hot and humid night tonight, but this sake has cooled me down a bit! It's delicious! 🦅

I never thought I'd see the day when I could finally drink Jyushiyo at home. It has a very smooth mouthfeel, a fruity aroma like muscat, a slight sourness, a refreshing and mellow sweetness that gently envelops it, and a moderate flavor that is not overpowering or sweet. It was beautifully absorbed like the flow of a clear river. It's the most beautiful thing ✨ as expected. They can play flamboyantly, but they can also win steadily, like the absolute champion, Sanno Kogyo. (Although Jyushiyo is a representative of Yamagata.) While there are many sakes that shine with individuality, I'm sure they will continue to amaze many sake fans with their outstanding beauty 🦅.

It's very sour, slightly sweet, and very easy to drink. It's a hell of a sake. I can't help but buy it when it's served like this one after another 🦅. By the way, for some reason I wiped my body in a different way than usual after taking a bath, and I was in a panic. I don't know why. I was so excited to pick up my Hanpu-kai sake at Kakinuma-san 🎶 and found this one that I was curious about, so I bought it without hesitation! I found it in the comments. I see, this one definitely has a refreshing sourness like muscat!
