🍚Omachi Opening Festival 🍚Fruity ginjo aroma, smooth mouthfeel, a little bit of petite texture, fluffy flavor that doesn't come in a quack, and a sharp finish with bitterness. Compared to the Omachi I've opened recently, it's gentle and clean ✨I wonder if it's because it's a Juntai, or if it's the 10% difference? The sake level is a plus, isn't it? It's not as sweet as I thought it would be, but it's delicious 🦅.
