Shikishima in Aichi, I thought it was PASCO. (Shikishima?) It's not heavy, but it's solid. It's not heavy, but it's solid. lol The bitterness of the Kirin is very strong! It's 18%. Well, I don't dislike it.

I expected this sake from Shiga to have a solid appearance, but surprisingly, it has a smooth mouthfeel. But it is surprisingly smooth and smooth in the mouth. I might give it to someone on a whim for outside drinking, too ๐Ÿฆ….

A long time no post! A comparison of Sancho and Akizakura. Both have a refreshing taste and good acidity, Too easy to drink ๐Ÿ˜‚. I think the Sundo has a bit of bitterness. If I was blindfolded, I probably wouldn't take it off lol. It's still a dangerous sake.

from the endorsement On the second day of the 3-stage brewing process, there is a day of "dancing" to allow the yeast to multiply. In the case of the Black Swan made with Milky Queen, we kept the temperature high and made the yeast dance like crazy. The citric acid blends with the gentle sweetness of the rice to create a crazy sweet and sour taste. I almost went crazy dancing. Well, I had an image that black koji was too sour and somewhat difficult to drink. It is great to find the difference in the rice and the koji, and to brew a sake that you never get tired of drinking. It was delicious!

Hi Boss, nice to meet you. I'm going to Kyoto in early spring and I'd really like to try drinking there. Takashimaya and Isetan... I'm going to chase after them too.

The only difference between this and Vibrant is the 5% polishing ratio. The only difference between this and Vibrant is the 5% milling rate, but it still has a sweet and delicious berry taste! Is it the label that's pulling me in? No, it's not. I didn't know about Shirasugi Shuzo, but it's really delicious. I'm amazed.

Chimera is too good to be true โšพ This is the Shirakiku I got from Ishikawa-san in Shijo Takakura, Kyoto. It's made entirely from Koshihikari rice grown in Tango, and the koji is black! I'm very particular about it. I was a little hesitant about the yellow liquid, but when I put it in my mouth, I was amazed. The umami (flavor) runs smoothly and the unique taste is light, and for some reason, I can't stop drinking it. I personally don't think it's my favorite type of sake, but I'm hooked ๐Ÿฆ… It's delicious.

I've been away from posting for a month now, it's been a while ๐Ÿฆ…. When I was in Kyoto the other day, I got some of Shirasugi Shuzo's sake, and it was so good โœจI bought a bunch of it at Takashimaya and JR Kyoto Isetan on my way home! It has a fruity taste like muscat. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it's the best. Delicious ๏ธ๏ธ.

It took a while to open the bottle. I'm not sure if it's because I'm not a big fan of the name. I don't know if it's necessary to be Aizan-san, but I didn't understand it. I don't know if it's necessary to be an Aizan, but it's my favorite taste ๐Ÿฆ….

I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it will be great. Hmmm, it's too underpowered to repeat this flavor, but it's good for once in a while ๐Ÿฆ…๐Ÿ’ฆ. Hot sake might be good๐Ÿ˜•.

He's a regular in the ranking of sake names I can't read! Strawberry? It has a fruity taste and a richness to it, and it's not lacking in flavor for being 12 degrees! Overall, it's refreshing and crisp. I'm curious about the 126% attention span ๐Ÿฆ….

Indeed, it tastes like Gekko:Sunburst=6.5:3.5 lol It's been about a week since I opened the bottle and it's become quite round. I think the Gekko had more depth and lactic acidity from the Kimoto. But still, it's umai๐Ÿฆ….

The first day of the consecutive holidays! It has a very rich taste! It's like a matured sake, but it's not cloying, and it makes you think, 'Oh, it's like the taste of the rice has been brought out really well. It's like a mature sake, but without the peculiarity.
