I bought this at the Seibu Ikebukuro main store, at a sale by an uncle of the brewery.
I struggled for 15 minutes and opened the bottle safely. It was completely stirred. It has a milky and refreshing mouthfeel, with a sweet and bitter citrus flavor. The finish is crisp and dry, perfect for a still hot night. 17 degrees, so don't be too careful. Oh, it seems that no yeast is added. I wonder if it's the brewer's yeast?

I looked it up and found it has a sake content of -30. I had prepared sashimi to be eaten with salted lemon, of all things. It doesn't go together, 😂.

This is my 100th update! しばしば Thanks to the sake brewers who brew delicious sake and to the people at Sake No Wa who inspire me to explore the world of sake.
I opened a bottle of my favorite Nabeshima.
Oh, this is THE Aizan, isn't it? There was no swoosh, but from the moment I put it in my mouth, a tremendous sweetness comes rushing in. It's not sticky, so it has a clean and beautiful aftertaste. I love Nabeshima's purple Junmai Ginjo, but this one is also delicious 🦅.
I'm off on another journey to find good sake.
On the third day, the sweetness seems to have settled down a bit and the acidity has come out a bit. Yummmm 😃.

Tosa Shiragiku's Micro Foaming Raw is a limited edition sake from Fukuoka's Dotoroki Sake Shop 😋.
Co2 means carbon dioxide gas is added, but it's a secondary fermentation in the bottle!
It was a pungent schwa but it didn't blow me away, it had a subtle sweetness and I didn't find it to be that bitter.
The Co2 series is a trilogy with Toyo Bijin and Garden Uguisu.
I am getting the Toyo Bijin in the mail and am looking forward to the next one 🦅.

This is a sake from your sake brewery. I was taken by Gori's fearless smile and took it home with me.

AGEO snow limited brew by Saira no Shuzo. The stopper had a hole in it, so I put a lot of effort into it, but it didn't seem to blow out. When I put it in my mouth, I felt a solid swoosh, and then oh! The pineapple feeling is amazing 🍍🍍🍍🍍❗I didn't feel that much change even if I put oriental flavor on it. It's a shame that we don't get to see it more often 🦅.

I've discovered this one, which was delicious when I had it at a pub before!
It has a thick, gentle sweetness that is very receptive to the senses ✨I guess the essence of assemblage is that it is slippery without any spikes (what the heck lol).
There are a lot of light and refreshing ones in summer, and that's what I like, but I love this one 🦅.
It's just great to enjoy "Natsuyasumi" in August.
