This sake is brewed by Azumamine Shuzo in Iwate Prefecture. I don't think I've had many sake breweries from Iwate. The label on the Taxi Driver was impressive, but the 😁specs are quite promising, so I'm excited to open the bottle🍀. The aroma is a sweet banana-like scent. In the mouth, the taste is sharper than the aroma suggests. The sweetness is the base of the whole taste, but it's not too assertive and it kicks in nicely. It's good 🎵. I didn't feel like there was anything that would go well with this in terms of food, but I found myself drinking it and it was gone. It's strange.... It is a sake brewed by Sanguiku Meijo in Chiba Prefecture. It's a sake brewed in my hometown, Chiba Prefecture, and relatively close to my hometown, but I've never paid much attention to it until now ❗ I only found out about it this year 😲 Now, let's eat! The aroma is of an elegant pineapple type. The taste is juicy and refreshing, with sweetness and sourness not overpowering. This sake is delicious on its own.... Honestly, my hat is off to you 😍I want to apologize for not paying attention to this 🙇 Personally, I've always liked Chiba's sakes, Fukuju, Fudo and Narumi, but this Kankiku is definitely eating into my heart 🍒I'll have to poke around and buy some more 😋. This sake is brewed by Nakano BC in Wakayama Prefecture. They used to produce a brand called Cho Cho Kyu, but it seems to have settled down to Cho Kyu. I've only had it once or twice, but I had the impression that it was delicious, so I bought it after a long time. I'm looking forward to it🎵. The aroma is sweet and graceful, like a ripe banana. In the mouth, despite the aroma, the taste is clean and elegant. I think the goodness of the high refinement is alive❗. I felt that it goes well with a meal, such as a gentle dashi seasoning. This sake is brewed by Aburanaga Shuzo in Nara prefecture. I haven't bought this sake in a while, but I've known them for a long time 🎵I'm going to try it right away 😆. The aroma is a banana-like raw sake smell (lol) - intriguing. In the mouth, the sourness and sweetness match each other, and it feels like a rich taste. I keep coming back to Kaze no Mori to drink this rich and deep flavor. This time it was Akitsuho, but we also have a stash of Omachi in our fridge. I'll be opening it soon🎶. This sake is brewed by Yamanashi Meijo in Yamanashi Prefecture. Shichiken's Junmai Daiginjo Kinu no Aji is a standard sake, but it's a very complete and wonderful sake. Once a year in December, the brand releases an Arabashiri nama-shu, which is excellent 😋 When you drink it right after you buy it, it has a fizzy, sparkling taste that is irresistibly delicious, but this time I let it sit for a bit. This time I let it sit for a bit. It's not a good idea to age raw sake lol. The aroma is clear and fruity, like an apple. When you put it in your mouth, the gentle sweetness spreads all over your mouth, and the acidity and bitterness support the sweetness without being assertive, creating a lingering aftertaste. Oh, it's so good 😆. This is one of the three best beers I've had all year. I'll be on the lookout for at least two more bottles this year 🐱. This sake is brewed by EH Shuzo in Nagano Prefecture. This is the first time to drink this brand of sake. The aroma is gorgeous and sweet. It leaves a little impression of raw sake. The taste is unexpectedly refreshing. It has a moderate sweetness, bitterness, and a touch of alcohol that makes it sharp. Delicious 😋😋 I wonder what EH stands for though.... This sake is brewed by Otsuka Shuzo in Nagano Prefecture. I stopped by the supermarket and bought it. It is the first time to drink this brand and I was so excited to open the bottle. The aroma of the sake is very clear and fresh. In the mouth, the aroma of koji, sweet and sour, and intense bitterness create an aftertaste. It's easy to drink and delicious😏. This sake is brewed by Chochin Shuzo in Aichi prefecture. It is a 300ml luxury sake. It has a fruity aroma without being too sweet, and the rice is polished well to maintain the clear sweetness of the rice, while the sourness and bitterness create a dry taste with a sense of luxury👌. It's getting to be a difficult area to describe in words😅. Chochin Roku Junmai Daiginjo Rice polishing ratio 40%. Alcohol content 15-16%.

It is a famous sake brewed by Tomikuchiyo Sake Brewery in Saga Prefecture. It's one of my favorite brands❗. I'm sure you've heard of it, but I've never heard of it. I'm so sorry 😭 I opened the package worrying if it had aged, aged, aged. The aroma was just a faint hint of aging, but it was a nice banana-like scent. In the mouth, the sweet and sour taste harmonized well with the astringent taste, but the sharpness was a little heavy with the aged feeling. If you drink it as a mid-meal sake, it won't bother you as much👌. I'm sure you'll be happy with the results, but I'd like to remind you that you need to be careful with your alcohol. This sake is brewed by Kamaya in Saitama Prefecture. I have a memory that I've probably drunk this somewhere before, but I'm going to try it with a fresh mind😃. The aroma is a subdued sweet rice-like scent. In the mouth, it is not too assertive, and the elegant sweetness characteristic of namaishu spreads, and the slight bitterness and the pungency of the alcohol make it sharp. I think it is a good sake for sipping☺️. Rikishi Honjozo Nama Storage Rice polishing ratio 65 Alcohol content 14 degrees

This is the first time I bought the rumored Instrument Masamune🎵. I hadn't paid attention to Fukushima's sake because there were so many good ones like Tobiroki, Roman, Aizu Nakasho, etc., but I decided to show my meeja guts😏. The aroma is intriguing, with a banana-like scent. The moment you put it in your mouth, the aroma and very well-balanced acidity fills your mouth, and the pungency of the brewed alcohol gives it a kick at the end. It seems to have a very complete taste✨. It will join the list of delicious sakes in Fukushima 🐤 Instrument Masamune Bessen Chutori Special Honjozo Rice polishing ratio 60%. Alcohol content 16%.

It's a sake brewed by Daishikiku Jozo in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture. I found this sake at a convenience store and bought it on impulse. I met it at a sake event in Niigata prefecture and this is the second time I've bought it. I'm always curious about special honjozo and special junmai sake because I feel like I'm about to find something interesting😃. The aroma is subdued, with a hint of alcohol and old sake. The taste is light and clean, but not thin. The taste is light but not thin. This is the kind of sake you want to encounter at an izakaya. It is a sake brewed by sedimentation sedimentation sake company in Shimane Prefecture. I think it's because I bought too much alcohol before the summer and I haven't gotten around to doing any hiyaoroshi until now. So this will be my first Hiyaoroshi of the season. I love hiyaoroshi because I feel like I'm drinking sake, so next year I'll learn my lesson and stop buying so much sake before summer 😱. The aroma is sweet, and the sake seems to have aged well. It tastes like a Hiyaoroshi, with a lot of umami on top. However, the taste complements the meal without interfering with it, and it's the kind of sake I wanted to drink... Ah, I'll remind myself to buy the right amount of sake. Shichikawamba Junmai Hiyaoroshi Rice polishing ratio 60%. Alcohol content 16%.

This sake is brewed by Hiroki Shuzo Honten in Fukushima Prefecture. It is the top runner of the premium sake that is known, but it has finally appeared in our house. I didn't have the courage to open it, but I finally did ❗ The aroma is not unpleasant, but the fruit aroma is. The aroma is a fruit scent that is not unpleasant, but it stands out. It is an intriguing aroma. The taste is well-balanced with sweetness, umami, and sharpness, and I found it to be delicious without question 😋. In fact, I compared it with other sake, and the balance was outstanding. The sake on its own is tasty enough, and you don't need to choose too many snacks to enjoy it. I'm not a fan of premium sake in pubs, but I've become a fan 🎵I'll have to buy some if I ever come across it again😤. Tobiroki Special Junmai Rice Polishing 55 Alcohol content 16

Nabeshima is a famous brand brewed by Tomikuchiyo Brewery in Saga Prefecture. I've been a big fan of Nabeshima since I went on a trip to Saga Prefecture, and I drink two or three bottles a year. I usually prefer the standard Tokubetsu Junmai-shu and Junmai Ginjo made from Omachi and Yamadanishiki, but I happened to have some Gohyakumangoku on hand, which I haven't had in a while. The aroma is Nabeshima's typical rich fruity scent. It is very artistic. The taste is rich in sourness and sweetness, and the bitterness makes a break. To be honest, Nabeshima doesn't need many snacks, but I have the impression that it goes well with both strong and refreshing flavors 🙌Gohyakumangoku is also good 🎵I want to put the smell of Nabeshima on my mask 😚 Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Raw Sake 100% Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio 50%. This sake is made by the Inomata Sake Brewery in Niigata Prefecture. My love for cats arose and I bought it on impulse. However, when I read the back label, I found a lot of particulars... I'm looking forward to this one. The aroma is relatively subdued, but the gentle scent is intriguing. The taste is a bit sour in the mouth, but the sharpness is good. But it is a Niigata sake. The taste goes well with seafood and sushi, it's delicious😋. I don't have enough vocabulary to describe this subtle taste😏. This sake is made by Kohyogiku Shuzo in Saga Prefecture. This is the first time for me to drink this brand. The aroma is like that of a clean white wine. The sourness of the sake is very characteristic. It is made for summer sake, so it has a refreshing taste. After a while, the sourness settles down a little. I think it goes well with gutsy oil-based snacks😋. I think this kind of sake is increasing these days. It's nice and interesting to come across it once in a while🎵. We had it with sushi at a certain conveyor belt sushi chain restaurant. Mizubasho is brewed by a sake brewery in Gunma. The aroma is a beautiful ginjo aroma. It is very elegant. The taste is clean and sweet, and the pungency of the alcohol brings it together nicely. It doesn't interfere with the sushi, and it tastes like it's right there with it. This is a self-serving statement, but it gives the impression of being a model for ginjo specifications😌. Mizubasho Ginjo Yamada Nishiki Rice polishing ratio 60%. 14% alcohol by volume

Futaba has a cute label ✨. Many of them are high-class products, but Aizan is our favorite sake rice. Many of them have a classy taste! The aroma is modest and clean with a slight alcohol smell. In the mouth, there is a slight fizzy feeling and it is refreshing. The sweetness and sourness spread to the mouth as if you were biting into a ripe fruit. Finally, the bitterness resets the taste and brings a sharpness. Just delicious 😋😋😋! Let's drink it slowly🎵. Futaba Junmai Daiginjo Aisan 48 Nama Genshu 100% Aizan Polishing ratio 48%.
