Nabeshima is a famous brand brewed by Tomikuchiyo Brewery in Saga Prefecture. I've been a big fan of Nabeshima since I went on a trip to Saga Prefecture, and I drink two or three bottles a year.
I usually prefer the standard Tokubetsu Junmai-shu and Junmai Ginjo made from Omachi and Yamadanishiki, but I happened to have some Gohyakumangoku on hand, which I haven't had in a while.
The aroma is Nabeshima's typical rich fruity scent. It is very artistic. The taste is rich in sourness and sweetness, and the bitterness makes a break.
To be honest, Nabeshima doesn't need many snacks, but I have the impression that it goes well with both strong and refreshing flavors 🙌Gohyakumangoku is also good 🎵I want to put the smell of Nabeshima on my mask 😚
