This sake is made by the Inomata Sake Brewery in Niigata Prefecture.
My love for cats arose and I bought it on impulse. However, when I read the back label, I found a lot of particulars... I'm looking forward to this one.
The aroma is relatively subdued, but the gentle scent is intriguing. The taste is a bit sour in the mouth, but the sharpness is good. But it is a Niigata sake. The taste goes well with seafood and sushi, it's delicious😋.
I don't have enough vocabulary to describe this subtle taste😏.
