We had it with sushi at a certain conveyor belt sushi chain restaurant. Mizubasho is brewed by a sake brewery in Gunma.
The aroma is a beautiful ginjo aroma. It is very elegant. The taste is clean and sweet, and the pungency of the alcohol brings it together nicely. It doesn't interfere with the sushi, and it tastes like it's right there with it.
This is a self-serving statement, but it gives the impression of being a model for ginjo specifications😌.
