This sake is brewed by Kamaya in Saitama Prefecture. I have a memory that I've probably drunk this somewhere before, but I'm going to try it with a fresh mind😃.
The aroma is a subdued sweet rice-like scent. In the mouth, it is not too assertive, and the elegant sweetness characteristic of namaishu spreads, and the slight bitterness and the pungency of the alcohol make it sharp.
I think it is a good sake for sipping☺️.
