It is a sake brewed by Sanguiku Meijo in Chiba Prefecture. It's a sake brewed in my hometown, Chiba Prefecture, and relatively close to my hometown, but I've never paid much attention to it until now ❗ I only found out about it this year 😲
Now, let's eat!
The aroma is of an elegant pineapple type. The taste is juicy and refreshing, with sweetness and sourness not overpowering.
This sake is delicious on its own.... Honestly, my hat is off to you 😍I want to apologize for not paying attention to this 🙇
Personally, I've always liked Chiba's sakes, Fukuju, Fudo and Narumi, but this Kankiku is definitely eating into my heart 🍒I'll have to poke around and buy some more 😋.
