The aroma and taste are certainly moderate, and it doesn't interfere with the ingredients. Comparing it with Mimurosugi's Junmai Daiginjo, the Daiginjo has a strong aroma, richness, lingering scent, and assertive flavor, and it can be tiring to drink at times, but Hakurakusei has a delicious flavor that accompanies the ingredients.
