It was marked as an open caution, but like champagne, the lid popped off. Everyone in the family was surprised. It is said to be a two-time fermentation in the bottle, the same as Champagne. The lactic acid aroma and pizzazz doesn't disappear, and since it's 11%, it's easy to drink and I recommend it to beginners.
