It is made with flower yeast isolated from the rose "Princess Michiko"🌸.
I've had Princess Michiko from Yokoyama, but this is my first time to try Ishizuchi's 🤗.
It is a sweet and umami ama-ish type 😚.
But it feels surprisingly refreshing 🤔.
It's not like Yokoyama, which is full of gorgeousness.
It has a bitter taste at the end and is folded well with sweetness and umami 😁.
