I can finally drink! Strawberry Red!
Now we have conquered three colors of Yamamoto Black, Blue and Red!
They say it is made from white koji for shochu.
The aroma is modest.
The tingling feeling on the tip of the tongue while it is in the mouth is really unique, and it tells us that a sweet and sour taste is waiting for us when we swallow it.
It seems to contain citric acid. It's really sweet and sour. I was going to say that it's more like a hundred than strawberry, but I guess it's still strawberry... No, this aftertaste is sharp and bitter. Orange?
Either way, it's delicious!
