My first pair of glasses!
Haginotsuru is my favorite cat series. This sake was made by the brewer of the glasses there. I've known about it for a while, but for some reason I've been putting it off.
Originally it was only for glasses in autumn, but this time it was shipped as new sake.
As the label says, it's a little undefined right after opening the bottle. But that's why it's so gentle and delicious! I guess that means it's still young.
It's delicious!
It's delicious as is, but I'm going to let it sit for a bit. I can't wait to see if the edges come off...! I'm looking forward to the day after tomorrow!
