My favorite Toyo Bijin This time Junmai Ginjo 50 A high-cost, high quality product with daiginjo specs ✨. The aroma is a sweet ginjo aroma! The mouthfeel is smooth and sweet, with a gentle acidity and a lingering taste of grapes ✨. I don't taste any bitterness. I paired it with some Shine Muscat to try it out.......❣️ It's great 😀 Prosciutto cream cheese is good too ✨

Memories of early summer I remember Yoshikawa Brewery liking my insta post and I happened to stop by the liquor store where I met Amemori ✨. The white elaborate bottle is also nice ^ ^. The sweetness comes first, as is typical of Aizan, but a soft acidity rounds out the flavor along with the umami.

Nice to meet you Naraman! I was torn between this and the ogara-mi sake, but I didn't have enough space to store it, so I got the hi-iru sake in a 1-sho bottle! It was at room temperature, but unlike the image, the sweetness was refreshing.
