I went to Marumoto Sake Brewery to purchase Takebayashi Karoyaka Daishoro. It has a mellowness from being aged for less than a year, but still has a fresh gasiness from being unfired, a clean flavor from Yamadanishiki, and a slightly sweet melon aroma ✨. It's a delicious sake ✨.

The basic Gekkeikan Mild aroma, slightly sweet and light with a delicious flavor...a little sourness in the second half keeps the cup going. This is the only Gekkeikan in the same price range from a major sake brewer that does not contain any added acidifiers or sugars. It is a sake that complements food and can be enjoyed at temperatures ranging from cold to hot. Personally, I feel the balance of mildness and freshness is best at room temperature. This quality is amazing! ^ ^ It's a definite room temperature sake 👍.

Memories of early summer I remember Yoshikawa Brewery liking my insta post and I happened to stop by the liquor store where I met Amemori ✨. The white elaborate bottle is also nice ^ ^. The sweetness comes first, as is typical of Aizan, but a soft acidity rounds out the flavor along with the umami.
