Sweet and modern Almost no alcohol. Slightly gassy and refreshing... I sincerely think it's delicious A local treasure ^ ^. Arabashiri, Funakuchi, standard Junmai Ginjo, and this Junmai Ginjo Orizake... (just my personal preference) lol Highly satisfying on its own. But it also has the depth of nostalgia that allows it to be used with any Japanese or Western foodstuff... ☆. Let's go buy it again!

Very tasty ✨ It is a 13% unfiltered raw sake, but it is perfectly drinkable, probably due to the richness of Omachi. By itself, the bitterness was a bit strong on the first day, but on the second day it was in the best balance...✨ The bitterness is also strangely not noticeable when paired with spring ingredients. Thank you for the delicious meal while watching the cherry blossoms begin to fall 😋.

Nice to meet you Chiebijin, The label is so cute, I bought a packet ✨. The bottle has a warning label on it. It was opened with a nice sound, but the fizz was tame. Sweet and sour and easy to drink. It has a full flavor and richness thanks to the orikagari. The body is slightly medium light✨. It is a sake that can be served with both Japanese and Western cuisine, but be careful not to drink too much.

Echigo-zakura's pink label available at local supermarkets and drugstores. It's called "mellow dry", but it's deliciously sharp ✨. Super cosy ✨. I've never seen a four-pack bottle before. When the time came to give a toast at the social event, I asked the venue to let me bring in some alcohol for everyone to drink ✨. Peach Village Funakuchi (Okayama) Amami Momoten (Yamaguchi) Yamanotsu Good Times Himitsu (Fukuoka) In order of sweetest to least from the top. All three are cloudy nigori nama sake with a fizzy, modern taste, though, The first one was gone ✨ and the second one was a bit more easy to drink! and they were the first to disappear ✨. Even those who don't usually drink sake seemed to enjoy it, and all three bottles were empty.

I've always wanted to try Wakanami ✨. Sweet, juicy and well balanced✨ It's fire-roasted, but it has a slight chilli flavor. The aroma is citrusy and fresh, but the umami comes at the same time, so it's indescribably delicious...‼️ The sweet aftertaste is also pleasant ✨. It's great with Yose-nabe!
