The basic Gekkeikan
Mild aroma, slightly sweet and light with a delicious flavor...a little sourness in the second half keeps the cup going.
This is the only Gekkeikan in the same price range from a major sake brewer that does not contain any added acidifiers or sugars.
It is a sake that complements food and can be enjoyed at temperatures ranging from cold to hot.
Personally, I feel the balance of mildness and freshness is best at room temperature.
