There was a bag-hanging tobin of Wakamusume, so I ordered it 😄. It was juicy, sweet and sour, with a hint of ginjo aroma, and a bitterness that gradually comes through ✨No bitterness at all 😳. This is delicious 😆By the way, it's not a spring sake 👍.

I decided to go for a quick drink after work and went to the restaurant 😆. I found a rare sake 👍! It won a silver at this year's IWC and was limited to only 473 bottles 😀. I immediately drank it and found it to be a sweet white wine 😳. Finished with gentle sweetness, acidity and a little bitterness✨. It's a very beautiful sake, as it seems to be 33% polished rice ✨. This is delicious 😄

I tried it because it was called "Kijoshu" (noble brewed sake) 😆. It was soooo sweet! Before you feel the acidity, a very rich sweetness spreads all over your mouth 😳. It was too much for me 😂. It was too sweet 😭

I asked if there was anything cold? I asked and a rare sake was served 😳. This Kikutaka is no longer available 😊. Thankfully we had it 😃. It has a rich flavor as if it is unfiltered Yamahai, and the acidity is quite strong and peculiar 😊. I think it is a good choice for those who drink it 😊.

Good evening, Kano-san 😃. I see that the Kikutaka brewed by Mr. Yamamoto, the current Toji of Hikari Eikiku, is still available! I'm so jealous that you can drink Kikutaka now, which is a very strong sake for those who like heavy sake, and has a strong legs and back to keep up with the aging process 🤤.

Well, we were full at the first restaurant and decided to drink a little more, so we went to the second restaurant 👊. We found a bottle of hiyaoroshi from Amego no Tsuki. I'll have some right away 😊. Yes, it has a calm, soft and fruity ginjo aroma like a daiginjo, hiyaoroshi is delicious 😃.

The bonito tataki was served and the sake was super dry 😊. When we ordered, we were asked which sake we would like, hi-ire or nama-genshu...naturally we chose nama-genshu👍. Naturally I chose the nama sake👍. It has a strong umami flavor and a great aroma like the nama sake 👍and it's sharp like the dry sake 😆. It is delicious👍It goes well with Tataki.

This restaurant, the menu is only courses 😁. And here comes the sashimi😊. So I ordered the Aikawa Honor 😊. It has a complex flavor and acidity, like Yamahai, and is very dry and refreshing. This one is also delicious👍

We went out for dinner today😊. I went to a restaurant I haven't been to in a while😊. It was a three-day weekend and there were a lot of people, so we were able to get in at the right time✨. This store specializes in Kaygetsu sake and all the sake they have is Kaygetsu👍. We started with the Junmai Daiginjo 50 Nama Sake 🌈, which is only available at the brewery. It is fresh and fruity, as you would expect from a sake that is still fresh and fruity, but also crisp and dry...delicious ✨!

I still had some summer liquor in the cellar😅 Almost forgot 😂. It has a good balance of sourness and sweetness and is easy to drink. It's a summer sake 😊. For some reason, I was drinking it with my tomato sauce pasta ✨.

Last but not least, Wenjiajin 😆. This is another fall sake 😊. I see autumn sake has started to appear 😃. It's light and dry but has the gentleness of an autumn sake 😲. It's a good food sake 😁. By the way, it goes surprisingly well with spices 👍

The third drink is Dokore 😆. I drink a lot of this too 😁. I like to drink this one a lot too 😁. It's delicious 😆. It's a hiyaoroshi, so it has a calmer flavor and is different from the raw version 😊.

After drinking at home, I felt like going out for a drink and went to my usual restaurant 😄. There was still some summer sake in the cellar😅. This sake has a low alcohol content of 9%, so you can drink it light👍. It's fire-aged, but the acidity of the Yamahai makes it fresh and refreshing 😆. I would like to drink it slowly at night while watching the stars outside 😆.
