Well, the kurabiraki has started 😁.
We're heading out for a tasting right away 😊.
First up is the Junmai Daiginjo Shizuku Sake 😊.
This sake is not for sale, it is for the sake show 😅.
It's very valuable 😅☝️
So let's drink it before it's gone 😁.
The aroma has a strong ginjo aroma, and the flavor has a nice, clean taste and a bit of roughness, which is only possible with shizukuri 😊.
Delicious 😁.
Today is the Takagi Sake Brewery's "kurabiraki" (opening of the brewery) 😆.
I was so excited to participate in the event 😊.
Each table was already stocked with sake, and we were told to drink it while we waited for the event to start 🤣.
That's a nice consideration 😊.
So we'll start with the Seme Blend 😆 ☝️
The strong rice flavor that only Seme can give...with a touch of bitterness, it's a must for sake lovers 😊.
It's delicious 😆☝️
Good evening, Kano!
It's started 🎵
I have a feeling we will be drinking a lot today from the welcome sake 😁✨✨.
I have the impression of a solid sake 😲.
I was checking the cellar and found Chrysanthemum cold 😊.
I forgot to drink it 😅 yabba yabba 😅
Normally, it's hi-iri, but Yajima Shoten's is raw ☝️ and it's Nakakumi😊.
Just looking at the label raises my expectations 😁.
I'll have some right away 😊.
First comes the gorgeous aroma ☝️
When you drink it, it's fresh, fresh, and gorgeous sweetness that is typical of Aizan 😆.
Not too sweet like Kangiku, just beautiful and clear 😆.
This is delicious 😁.
Wish I had drunk it sooner 😃.
By the way, didn't you say no drinking until the 22nd? I'm not sure if I'm being too picky 😅.
Next, we have Jikin ✨.
It's been a while - and it's a sake future ✨✨✨✨.
This is a sake with a nice balance of sweetness, and tartness ☝️
And it's like a clear, clean sake✨✨.
Not just good, but delicious sake😁.
In case you missed it, next week on the 22nd is Takagi Shuzo's brewery open day: ☝️
I might get carried away and drink again 😅
Hello Kano-san!
You are having a good drink after a day of rest 😁✨.
This one is delicious 😋.
I see you have another event coming up next week where you will be drinking a lot of alcohol 😅.
I drank too much last week, so I'm taking a rest day until today 😁.
Now, here's a super direct pump from Naruto Tai ☝️
It's my first time to try this sake 😊.
It's fresh as a rock when you drink it 😁.
It has a nice gassy and koji aroma, a little astringent, but a delicious sake 😁.
We were grateful that it is only available at this time of the year ✨✨✨✨.
Hi Kano 😃
We usually have a rest day from Monday to Thursday as well! Of course there are exceptions 😅
And congratulations on your first Naruto sea bream at the beginning of the day ㊗️ 🎉The super direct pumping is very fresh ‼️ but what do you mean by super?
Hi Jay & Nobby 😁cho means... freshly pressed and shipped directly from the brewery in the shortest number of days possible... ☝️ so it must be different from regular freshly pressed 😁 maybe... 😅
Finally, here is Tosa Shiragiku: ☝️
It is a delicious sake with a refreshing citrus aroma and a fresh, raw taste 😊.
Finally finished uploading 🎉.
We drank all the sake from the 19 breweries (the glasses were banquet-spec beer glasses) and by the time we left the venue, we were so exhausted from drinking, drinking, drinking that we were dizzy on our feet 😂.
It's nice to be able to compare a lot of sake at once, but it's also tiring. But it was great to talk to so many brewers ✨✨✨.
Next up is another Aki Tiger✨
It's been a long time since CEL24 in Aki Tiger 😊.
The aroma is like a flower, not too sweet... delicious 😁.
In case you are wondering, it was brewed under the leadership of Aki Tiger's daughter: ☝️
Kano, congratulations on your 600 check-ins & thanks for posting the event 🎉!
You are still very strong 😆 You took notes, didn't you? I'm impressed because I always give up halfway through my notes and posts ✨.
Thank you, Ponchan ✨I was quite busy drinking, taking brief notes, and taking pictures 😅I would have just taken pictures if the variety wasn't so small ✨I almost got tired of posting the stones 😂.
Masaaki Sapporo, good morning and thank you😊There are a surprising number of sake brewed with CEL24 yeast, but the sweet and fruity taste is the same for each company, each brewery has its own character: ☝️
Good morning, Kano!
Congratulations on your belated 600 check-in 🎉.
Kano-san looks delicious while you are abstaining from drinking until the 22nd 😋.
I always enjoy seeing your posts where you drink a lot 😊.
Next up, another Aki Tiger ✨.
It's a sparkling sake, but it's slightly carbonated and has a gentle sweetness that makes it easy to drink 😁.
It's a delicious sake 😊.
Next, also south 😊.
It's called "Betsuatsurae", which means it's a medium sake 😁.
As usual, it's dry and robust, but it's clear ☝️
This is also delicious ✨
Next, South 😊.
This sake is labeled Junmai Ginjo, but looking at the degree of rice polishing, it is Junmai Daiginjo spec😳.
The taste is quite robust, with a gorgeous aroma, firm umami and acidity, it's truly dry ✨.
It's delicious 😁.
Next time, it's Bikou ✨.
It's Bikuou's version of deep sea space sake 😁.
It has a nice acidity and umami while still being fruity 😊.
It's also delicious 😁.
Next time, it's Bikou ✨.
This sake is brewed with CEL66 yeast 😊.
It's much cleaner than CEL24 ☝️
This one seems to be easier to pair with food ✨✨✨.
It's a delicious drink 😁.
