Next up is BLACK SWAN😊.
This sake is brewed using black yeast 😊.
So it has a sour taste, but not too sour, sweet and sour 😆.
Easy to drink and delicious 😁.
Next up is the golden shari 😆.
The aroma is even more spectacular than the silver rice we just had 😊.
It seems to be more mellow than sharp 😁.
This is also delicious 😆.
Next up is a silver lining: ☝️
This one also has a gorgeous ginjo aroma 😆.
It's fresh and crisp, just like the unfiltered raw sake 😊.
This is also delicious 😁.
Today, I took a day off from noon for business and went to the liquor store after my errands were over 😊.
I was looking for some sake to pick up when I came across a sake tasting event by the Shirasugi Sake Brewery and had a taste of some of the Shirakikyu sake they sell at the store 😆.
First up was Tango no Hikari from ☝️
The aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma 😊.
The taste is a delicious sake with a strong rice flavor 😆.
It's a good sake 😁.
Now for the last sake of this brewery opening 😁.
This is also an orikarami version of the first one I uploaded 😊.
It's a little bit sweeter now 😁.
Delicious 😊.
Thank you very much, Takagi Sake Brewery, for this time 😊.
I tasted a lot of sake and got quite drunk 😁I think the amount of sake was less than a full bottle 😅....
But it was a good day to enjoy different kinds of sake 😆.
Good evening, Kano-san!
Thank you very much for your review of Takagi Sake Brewery🍀!
You did a great job this time too, even though you drank a lot of sake. ⤴️
It seems to be fun to drink various sakes from the same brewery and learn more about the differences in production 😋.
This is an orikarami version of the first saké we drank 😊.
Of course, this is not for sale either: ☝️
I thought it would be sweet because of the ogara-mi, but it's not so much. I thought it would be sweeter, but it's not that much, and it's very refreshing to drink 😊.
It's delicious 😁.
This is also a liqueur😊.
It's a drink like honey yuzu from a certain beverage company 😁.
It is crisp, sweet, easy to drink and delicious 😊.
For me, it's a juice 😁.
From here, a little liqueur 😊.
Takagi Sake Brewery also makes liqueurs, so although they are not sake, I will upload them here😊.
First up is a pear liqueur: ☝️
It's a sweet, fruity pear liqueur with a hint of pear juice 😁.
It is easy to drink for those who are not strong drinkers. ☝️
Next up is a "raku nightingale" raw sake 😆.
This one has a high alcohol content😅.
It's a great raw sake 😊.
It has a great punch too, it's delicious but it's also very sharp 😁.
This sake is another version of the first one 😁.
This time, it's fire-aged Junmai 😊.
I think it is a sake that is not too strong, so it is easy to match with food and can be drunk slowly 😆.
It is a delicious sake 😁.
Next, the rice difference of the sake I just uploaded 😊.
The one I just uploaded is "Gin no Yume", but this one is called "Matsuyama Mitsui" ☝️
When sake is brewed with this rice, the flavor of the rice seems to become more intense: ☝️
Enjoy different rice...it's nice 😁.
Next up is the active light niggles: ☝️
The active light nigori version of Itookashi, which we have just uploaded: ☝️
It is easy to drink because of the carbonation 😁.
It also makes it feel more like a juice 😊.
Next time, cousin 😊.
You've been drinking lately: ☝️
The drink still has the same great pineapple juice feeling 😊.
This drink seems to be less sweet 😁.
Jay & Nobby, good evening 😆 Again, I drank with the spirit of taking all the alcohol that was available 😊I didn't mention it, but I was very tongue-tied 🤣.
Next is Ryu Kanade 😊.
This sake is very well balanced 😊.
Umami, aroma, bitterness, acidity...really easy to drink and delicious 😁.
By the way, we use CEL11 and CEL19 yeast. ☝️
