A while ago, I posted about drinking 😁.
On September 22nd, I participated in an event called "Meishu no Banquet" 😊.
This is a great event, this time 11 breweries participated in this event and we could drink as much as we wanted 😊.
We started off with Bunkajin 😁.
and we had the sake we wanted 😊.
This is... delicious... fruity, sweet, sour and aromatic, well balanced and easy to drink 😄.
It has a slight bitterness afterwards, but it finishes it off with this 😲.

It's been a while since I've had a Jyushidai, and I've never had this one either😅.
Well, I rarely drink Jyushidai itself 😂.
This time, I asked the owner and he said he happened to have some on hand, so I'm lucky to be able to drink it 😁.

I bought some today because the returning bonito was good 😆.

It's the usual Kurei (Hiyadoroshi, of course) 😆.
The bonito is sashimi, tataki, and nairi for the rest 😊.
I immediately took a bite of the bonito sashimi...delicious, fatty...nothing but delicious 😁.

This sake was recommended to me by the store owner when I told him I wanted an Omachi ✨.
I've never heard of it before (just not learning enough), but it won an honorable mention at the Omachi Summit ✨....
My expectations are getting higher 😆.
The aroma is not too strong, the rice flavor is mellow, with a gentle sweetness and mild acidity... ✨✨✨✨.

Today, I started shopping this morning & wandered around on business 😆.

Kangiku no Yaoroshi...the sake is in autumn, but the season still feels like summer as the hot days continue. ☝️
I guess it would be better to drink it quietly while listening to the sound of insects, but it doesn't work like that 😅.
