This "Ichizochi" is a seasonal sake from the Ichizochi series, using only sake rice grown in the terraced rice paddies of Tochio's "Ikazuchi" district, as the name suggests.

You can enjoy the luxury of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake "as it is squeezed".
