Probably most of my blood has been replaced by Nagaoka sake 😄.
They were all delicious, but here are my recommendations among them
This Ichikozo-san is another brand of Koshinotsuru. It has a melon🍈-like aroma and plenty of Koshitanrei flavor. And the way it is crisp and clean is wonderful. There are many stores in Nagaoka where you can drink this sake, but it is a good sake that you cannot find in Tokyo. ジェイ&ノビィHi Kosuke 😃

Fresh and raw, but with a firm rice flavor and a clear taste 😊.
Delicious 😁. Ichijodimaine ikazuchi 雷 純米(大)吟醸 キム 大翔It is really delicious. It has a mellow but clear blow. An impressive sake. お7Easy to drink, depth afterwards おじさんThis sake has a fresh taste and rice flavor.
Personal preference: ★★★★☆ こゆきThey say the land of many thunderstorms is good for drinking. こゆきPurchased at Kimuraya Sake Shop on the way back from watching swans in Tsubame-Sanjo. A companion for the Shinkansen 🍶. きい✌︎They use only rice from the terraced rice paddies of Tochio for this sake.
It is sweet and delicious! makuuchiThe use of 100% Koshi-tanrei, this phrase raises expectations.
It has a delicious mouthfeel, yet it is strangely sharp.
When you put it in your mouth and give it some air, you will be surprised at how good the aroma is. I am tempted to use the word "fragrant.
Since the sake is made from Tochio products, I would have to say Tochio-age (fried Tochio fish) as a snack. hoshiakiJunmai🍶unfiltered fire-aged🔥Tochio Tanada-grown Koshitanrei🌾.

Surprisingly sweet 😆 It's not too dry and has a nice kick to it. Slightly melon
The "King of Funghi" named by Mr. Kazuhiko Ota, the amberjack fish 🐟 garlic chip is too much, a little bit, mmm 🤔. I wonder if it's the king. Maybe I was too full from the amberjack cutlet and my expectations were too high 😅I finished with onigiri (rice ball).
