This "Ichizochi" is a seasonal sake from the Ichizochi series, using only sake rice grown in the terraced rice paddies of Tochio's "Ikazuchi" district, as the name suggests.
This is a beautiful sake that lets you enjoy the fresh spring air and the bounty of nature. It has a rich, fresh aroma and plenty of soft, juicy flavor.
You can enjoy the luxury of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake "as it is squeezed".
This sake is available only at stores that participated in the rice planting, harvesting, and brewing of ★Ichisozo.
