It has the freshness that only new sake can have 😁. It's alu-sweetened, so it's refreshing ☝️ But the alcohol content is high at 20 degrees because it's a pure sake 😆. But it's easy to drink so I drink it 😁. This is intoxicating 😊.

I asked the owner if there was anything else. I asked him if he had anything else... He served me a bottle of Sogapère Ephis, heated up 😳 I was so surprised 😅. I've never had this sake hot 😅. I thought it was a chilled sake 😅. But it's a traditional sake with a strong core, and the acidity has settled down and the sweetness has increased, giving it a different taste 😊. This kind of thing is also good ✨
