Tom in Tokyo
This is a comment from an amateur drinker.
As the name suggests, it is dry. From the first sip, the spiciness swells in your mouth and stimulates you. It is a sake where the sweetness of the rice changes to spiciness in an instant. It is spicy enough for the dry party.
This sake seems to have won Silver at the International Wine Challenge. Perhaps, if you drink it with a wine glass, you can enjoy it with a different taste.
