The aroma is very gorgeous! Slightly mellow and delicious! It seems to go very well with miso-based dishes! The marriage with Mame Tanuki's Inari Sushi was also good 😆.

I couldn't talk to the busy waitress and ended up with a picture of the label that looks like a sneak peek 😂. It was a gorgeous, fruity, delicious sake with just the right amount of sweetness! I can't describe it well, but it tasted invigorating! LOL! Personally, I think I prefer Honochi more: ☺️ A great marriage with the popular menu item, crab croquettes! #Suwari no Oshima

I wanted to take a picture of the label, but the waitress seemed busy, so I gave up asking. I looked it up and found that it was supposed to be dry by Takashi no Tsukasa, but it seemed sweet! It was so juicy and delicious, I want to drink more! It was the kind of sake that makes you want more😍. #Suwari no Oshima

My first Shinsei! We were thrilled to finally meet the Shinsei we had longed for! I took a sip and was amazed, "Is this sake? I was surprised! The fruity taste was like a white wine? The fruity taste was like a white wine, but you could also taste the soft sweetness of the rice, like a combination of the best of both white wine and sake. I was so impressed by the taste that I almost cried lol! It's a delicate and wonderful sake. ♥️ I was happy to be able to drink it! #Wa Sake Tachiton Day after tomorrow

It was my first time to try Jikin! It was very juicy and fresh even though it was fire-aged. ♥️ It is moderately rich and has a perfect balance of sweetness and sourness! I was going to drink it carefully, a little at a time, but it was so delicious that I finished it right away😍 lol #evening moonlit night

My first time at Kaze no Mori! It was fruity and easy to drink! It was refreshing and tasty with a hint of bitterness! I heard that it is interesting to compare the soft water Senkou and hard water Kaze no Mori, but it was too difficult for my stupid tongue lol. But I can feel that both were made with great care, and there is no doubt that they are incredibly delicious sakes 😊. #evening moonlit night

I visited Chojamachi Yokocho in the Fushimi Underground Mall in Aichi Prefecture🥰. I found "Kamerei" which I became a big fan of on my trip to Hiroshima! It was crisp, dry and still delicious! #evening moonlit night
