This is my first time to try brewer's kuheiji!
It had a fruity and gentle taste and was so delicious and impressive😍It went well with grilled white eel!
#Eel House Shibafukuya
It is dry but you can also taste the sweetness of the rice.
It is slightly mellow, but not heavy, making it easy to drink and delicious as a mealtime sake 😊.
The aroma was not perceptible, just a hint of sweetness, and the drink was pleasant!
Slightly mellow? I thought it was a little mellow, but it was a bargain, so I wondered if that had something to do with it, since it was six months old from the date of manufacture? (Sorry, I'm new to sake and don't know much about it.)
Personally, I compared it to the Junmai Daiginjo I drank last month, and I like that one better! I like that one better!
I'm also curious about Hakkaisan, which I haven't had yet! Sake from Niigata is delicious 😊.
It's like apple juice turned into alcohol! Fruity and sweet, I recommend it as an after-dinner dessert for adults 🍎.
It's 16% alcohol, so I was drunk lol.
It was fun and delicious. ☺️
Day 2! The sweetness was stronger than the sourness.
I paired it with potato salad and it was too good to be true!!!!!
It was moderately dry to my liking and more mellow than the junmai sake I had previously drank, which I preferred! It was delicious and went very well with oden 😊.
I was lucky enough to find it amongst all the other items on sale as a bargain!
Upon opening the bottle, the sweet aroma is gorgeous and unique.
On the second day, the aroma calmed down, and as a beginner sake lover, I thought "Daiginjo tastes like this"? It became easier to drink without the individuality of yesterday!
When I chilled it well and mixed it with soda water, the sweetness was pleasantly delicious!
The first bite was very refreshing! The first sip is very crisp!
After that, it had just the right amount of sweetness and umami, and was not super dry! I didn't have the impression that it was super dry.
It was more of a gentle umami than a sharp taste.
I did not feel any alcohol taste, which I personally enjoyed!
On the second day, it seemed richer and mellower than on the day the bottle was opened!
It was slightly spicy and firm!
I didn't find it fruity.
I would say it was more like a classic 🤔.
Alcohol content 16 degrees, it was good and intoxicating!
Slightly dry, slightly fruity and gorgeous!
I think it's a good and tasty sake, but since I like dry sake, I might prefer a spicier sake with more gusto!
I love "Yosaburo" and "Hakkenden" from this Koizumi sake brewery in my hometown in Chiba Prefecture😊.
Sweet~! Sweet and sour! I wondered if this is the kind of sake you get when you mix amazake with water. I wondered if this is what amazake would be like if it were watered down 😋.
I drank it cold at first, and then tried it on the rocks, but I preferred it on the rocks!
The description said it goes well with spicy meat dishes, so I served it with grilled chicken and it went well with it!
On the second day, I detected a yogurt-like aroma and sourness!
Purchased at the Imadeya Chiba Station Ekinka tasting and sales event.
We purchased the best of the four products we tasted while listening to the executive director, who came from Iwate Prefecture to "let people know about Okuroku."
We enjoyed it paired with hamachi sashimi!
It was a little shwashy, a little dry and a little mellow, just the way I like it!
Although I am a sake novice, this is the spiciest sake I have ever had!
It's crisp and delicious! It was delicious with grilled chicken and fried and soaked eggplant with sauce!
Koizumi Shuzo has a lot of sweet sake, but this dry sake is also very tasty, so I hope people who like dry sake will try it 🥰.
At first sip, I felt the sweetness of the rice and wondered if it was a sweet sake. But as I drank more and more, it had a nice spiciness to it that I liked 😊.
I thought I understood why it is a popular sake!
On the second day, I felt it became sweeter and a little thicker, but it was also delicious!
I took it to the "Karaage, Gyoza, and Potato Fest" at ZOZO Marine Stadium😍.
What a luxury to have a slightly expensive drink right in front of the baseball stadium! It made me feel special and happy!
It was refreshing and very, very tasty!
The mellow taste made me feel gentle. ☺️ I bet the water they use is delicious too!
It was a delicious sake and the firefly squid was delicious, but it wasn't this pairing, miss! LOL!
I'd like to try drinking it with a different dish next time!
We were served an American-made Otter, made from Yamadanishiki, a variety of Japanese broom imported from Japan and grown in the U.S., and water from the Hudson River.
Ah, the otter I know! The aroma of the wine was also tropical fruit-like. It was fruity and sweet with just the right amount of sweetness 😋.
