It was my favorite out of all the ones I compared!
It had just the right amount of sweetness and sourness and was easy to drink and delicious on the palate!
#Shikinami
The deliciousness of Yamada Nishiki was in full bloom! It was so gorgeous and so delicious!
It had the flavor and sweetness of rice, but was also crisp and spicy!
The label was stylish with a green bamboo pattern 🥰.
It is said to be a sake competition2025 Bronze Award winning sake!
It was deliciously schwarzy, fruity, and sweet 🥰.
I love the aroma of Kuheiji!
I enjoyed it with my fall bento and some salted boiled edamame beans from my father's garden.
It was also delicious later on with caprese sandwiches ◎ It was a winner when I paired it with meat and potatoes 🏆.
Too bad you don't like it 🥲.
Like I don't like the scent? What is the scent of? Alcohol? Lactic acid bacteria? I don't know what I don't like and I'm curious 🥲.
#ImadeYa Chiba Ekinka
Very tasty 😍It was fruity, sweet and sour with a strong gassy taste and a clean and easy to drink aftertaste!
I was so excited to finish it that I had to suppress my desire to drink it quickly and savor it slowly!
#Imaya Chiba Ekinaka
Very nice aroma like banana 🥰.
It was very tart but had a very elegant taste!
It's expensive for me, so I'm glad I was able to drink it in the corner!

Good evening, Hamuko 😃.
IMADEYA's corner bar! It's a great place to drink good sake and it's reasonably priced compared to bars! I've been to Kinshicho, but the beauty of a corner bar is that you can drink seasonal sake at a reasonable price ✨.
Crisp, dry and delicious😊.
Thank goodness it is available at local supermarkets!
The label depicts Yosaburo Kirire Yosaburo, who is known for his role in Kabuki plays such as "Yohanami Ukina Yokogushi" (Yohanami is a Japanese word for "floating name").
Good evening, Hamuko 😃.
The label looks quite classic. I haven't had it yet, but I heard it once won a gold medal for heated sake, so maybe it changes when heated 🤔.
Hi ichiro18😊Wow, I see! I'll give it a try when I get a chance! Hmmm? I'd like to try heating up some of the sake that I thought I had! Thanks for letting me know😍I'm excited to think about changing the taste!
On Sake Day, I, of course, toasted to my daughter's favorite, Houken 🎉.
Houken is a delicious light and dry sake, but this one was heavier than usual, but still refreshingly dry and so delicious!
It was just like they say, "up in the fall" 🍁🍄🌰 ⤴︎ ⤴︎
We prepared oden (a kind of stew) and fried oysters from Hiroshima that we prepared from the day before, but the best was paired with white fish sashimi 🥰.
As a beginner who has only been in love with sake for 6 months, I'm really enjoying reading and learning from your posts!
I will keep drinking sake while taking care of my health 💓
Good evening, Hamuko 😃.
It's great that you and your daughter are enjoying Sake Day at your favorite sake shop 🤗.
I'm sure you'll enjoy the world of sake when you watch Sake no Wa 👋.
Hi Jay & Nobby! It was a sake day where my daughter was as usual and I was all excited and overzealous on my own, but WW Houken saved the day because he was excellent 💓 I hope we can continue to have fun and drink 😊.
Smelled great as soon as I opened it and when I drank it, it was a little schwishy and delicious 😊.
I had heard that it goes well with Chinese food like dumplings! I had heard that it goes well with dumplings and other Chinese food so I tried it but it wasn't what I imagined lol It's a delicious drink but I think I would have preferred beer with the dumplings!
I have a feeling it would go well with shrimp chili and fried chicken, so I'm going to try it again tonight 🔥.
I heard that today, October 1, is "Sake Day"!
It's the first sake day since I got into sake! I can't wait for tonight's dinner and I can't stop being excited! LOL!
What kind of sake will you be drinking 🥰?
Hi Jay & Nobby 😊I'm a first year sake lover, so I was all over it! I'm already starting to think about how I'm going to spend next year now lol, how much I'm looking forward to it 😆 lol.
It was more on the dry side, and I could taste the flavor of the rice and the water! I also felt a little bitterness at the end.
The color of the cap is the color of the moon 😍.
I purchased a bottle of Ozawa Shuzojo's "Jyukyu" at the Hasegawa Sake Shop, which I had wanted to try!
I was told that this sake can be enjoyed crisp and refreshing with ice on it during this time of year when autumn sakes are available but the lingering summer heat is still lingering. I had it well chilled!
It was fruity and slightly sour with just the right amount of sweetness. ☺️
The polar bear label is also cute!
I just read the blog of this brewery,
I read on the brewery's blog that they will be reducing production and raising the price due to the rising price of sake rice. It would be sad if such a delicious sake becomes difficult to obtain 🥲I still have some left, so I will savor it and enjoy it carefully!
Hi Hamuko 😃
Congratulations on your cute polar bear 🐻❄️ label and your first 19 ㊗️ 🎉I found a liquor store near me that sells it, but is it sweet? I haven't gotten it yet 😅I have to go buy it before the price goes up‼️
Jay & Nobby, good evening😊I thought it was a little sweet, but I tried it with muscat & cream cheese to be fashionable (lol) and it was so good ︎👍🏻 I'm worried about the price increase of sake 🥲.
It was delicious🐴🐴🐴.
It had a muscat-like aroma. I really like the balance of sweetness and acidity!
A few days after opening the bottle, it mellowed and tasted even better!
