I had heard that it was a typical light dry sake, so I drank it with that intention, but it was different from the impression that it was dry but light, with a robust flavor! I could also smell a little bit of alcohol.
I thought, "This might not be my cup of tea. I thought I might not like it, but when I drank it with "black-backed sardine sashimi" that my father had prepared and delivered to me, the dry taste matched perfectly! It was delicious and crisp at the end of the bottle!
The pairing can completely change the impression of the sake! Sake is fun😍!
