BBQ🍖 to start the second half of GW✨. First time to try a new brand 🍾! I bought a packet! Sake rice is Snow Goddess? I'm very interested in this one too. Will I find a beautiful goddess? And the first grandchild? It's still a long way off, I thought as I uncorked the bottle 🍾. It's very sweet. Not too sweet, but sweet. Juicy and juicy without overpowering the meat ✨. I used a paper cup because it was BBQ🍖. I knew the mouthfeel would be different. ⤵︎ And I didn't look at the label on the back 💦. Wine glass? I'm not sure 🥂. I left half and will try it in a glass tomorrow or later! What's that? I look back and see a goddess on the label? I'm not sure 🗽.

The first half of GW was capped off with Shinshu Kamerei 🍶. Yamae Nishiki was my first purchase 🍾. No matter what you say, it's still delicious 😋! The sweetness comes from the crispness 🫧 and is not too sweet! The finish is crisp yet lingers and leaves you wanting another sip, a feeling that is unique✨. There are similar liquors, but they are different just because they are similar. When is the next one? I wonder which sake rice Shinshu Kamerei I will encounter next...

It's been a while since I've had a Sentori 🍶Muku for the first time ✨. I've actually been a little bit afraid of this brand, so I never got around to it. I stopped by a liquor store on a day trip and decided to try a different brand because it was a different liquor store than usual! So I bought it 🍶. When I uncorked it, it was fire-brewed, but still very tangy 🫧. The sweetness is moderate, but the acidity and bitterness are still strong! Is it just me or does it still feel like grapefruit? Let's let it sit for a bit to let the acidity settle down. 🛏️

I couldn't buy the last lot and got it on restock 🍶. Not that I'm a fan of bicycles, but the jackets are cute! I didn't have any previous info on it, but it's with Ogawa yeast. Now it's time to uncork it 🍾. This sweet, tart, crisp, and fluffy? Green apple? I think it's like green apple. The first sip was pretty punchy, but the next sip became mellower and easier to drink. I fell asleep 💦.

Overnight business trip to Saitama🧳. First time to walk the streets, first time to cost izakaya 🍶. I didn't expect anything because it was cheap, No6, Ergena, Houou Mita, and many more ✨Wow! I wanted to drink a lot of things, but it was shameful to be alone and exhausted, so this time I went for Tasake 🍶! The same classic label 🏷️ It's been a while since I've had it, but it's delicious! It's as stable as ever! By the way, the price is a thank you 💰. I've combined it with a luxurious raw oyster 🦪✌️ Drinking alone in a strange city 🍶. It's a lot of loneliness, but it's a bit addictive 😋.

Another year of successful hanami🌸 We tried to see cherry blossoms last week but there were no flowers so we retried this week🌸. They are in full bloom🌸Next week they won't be anymore. Cheers to hanami with a cup of sake 🥂. I noticed it was 19 degrees 🍶 after I started drinking. I rushed to the convenience store to buy an iced coffee cup & ice and guzzled it over there 🍶.

Lately, the places we go to stock up on Shinshu Kamerei have become more strict about the conditions of purchase 💦 and it's hard to buy it 😭. It's rather cheaper to drink it outside? LOL! It's still beautiful😍. Especially the Yamadanishiki, which has a strong impact and is the most robust among the lighter Kamerei wines 🌾. It's hard to buy, but it only takes a moment to drink. I wonder when I can see it again? I wonder when I'll see it again, but I have a bottle of Yamadanishiki standing by in the fridge 🍶.

Welcome party 🍶Part 2️⃣ Found a pink like Hanami🩷. Less sweet and more acidic than the last one I drank🫧. I couldn't help but pass it around to everyone to drink 💦. When I got home, I was about halfway through 😭. But I was surprised to see such a sake? Everyone raved about it! Even the new employees were drinking it as it was easy to drink!

Is it dry in Glorious Fuji? But it's not dry at all because it has a minus sake level ✨. As the name suggests, it has quite a strong impact! It has a solid feel to it, so no matter what you pair it with, it has the strength to stand up to anything 💪. By the way, I got it at a nearby Aeon 🍶.

Special cold chrysanthemum once every four years ✨. 29% polished rice squeezed on February 29th 🌾. Check the release information to get it! Full of freshness from the moment it is uncorked 🍾. Fruity and juicy mouthfeel typical of Kangiku 🫧. A little bit of bitterness that doesn't stand out at the end, and it's crisp! What's that? Is this the same as the regular one? Cold chrysanthemum after all ✨ I got this Aizan for the third year in a row ❣️ This year's is more spicy than ever? Is it because there is less time lag between purchase and corkage than before last year? The palate is elegant with a light touch of sweetness and umami. Every year I look forward to seeing Motohira 🍶. This year's bottle is GOLD, so it's even more visually brushed up ✨. How does it taste? Last year, the juiciness stood out, but this year it's more cohesive 🌾. The image is that it has a strong sake feel without missing the trend! However, it is still a bit hard, so I think it would have been better to let it sit a little longer. I'm still thinking about it.... Will there be a change in taste? Will I finish it before that? A day early, but the Doll Festival 🎎. It's Hana-kyun with pink ❤️ I know I say this every year, but it's the sake that got me hooked on the sake swamp ✨. I always get it every year 🍶. Last up for February is Bunraku🍶. This is the sake I got for my birthday 🥃. I visited a sake brewery last year, so I feel a little familiar with this brand. I'm curious about the other one, but it was a gift, so..., The taste is classic? The taste is classic and smooth, perfect for eating. I had it with oden (Japanese stew) 🍢. It's almost the season for spring sake 🌸
